Care Solace has thousands of resources that operate on a sliding scale. This means that the resource is able to provide services based on the families ability to pay. Some of these resources are completely free, but there is no guarantee.

Q: I have Kaiser insurance and cannot receive therapy more than once a month. How can Care Solace help?

Care Solace has contracted Kaiser providers in its database that are able to provide higher levels of care than what is available at a Kaiser office. Our Care Brothers and Sisters team are experts at navigating Kaiser and requesting a referral to one of these contracted providers. We have a team of Crisis Interventionists that we can help families connect with. These are trained professionals that are experts at convincing someone to get the help they need. They will work with a family to craft a plan to perform an intervention and help the loved one who needs help become willing to receive care.

Q: How much does it cost to use Care Solace?

The Care Solace website and our Care Brothers and Care Sisters team is supported by the school district, and using our services is completely free for all family members within the school district.

Q: I don’t want anyone to know that I am seeking help. How does Care Solace protect user information?
